9. Large sets of hybridizations
- Ordered set of 14 probes - virgin normalization -
This loads a subset (14) of the database of hybridization probes
(public and collaborator DB) - one of every probe organized so that
they are grouped into types and within the type the stages/tumors are
in order. The types include: C57B6, CEBP, Beta, Stat5a
(-,-). Hierarchical clustering is normalized by C57B6 Virgin 10 weeks.
The X and Y classes are C57B6 (virgin, pregnancy 13) vs CEBP-null
(virgin, pregnancy).

Ordered set of 14 probes - pregnancy normalization - This loads a
subset (14) of the database of hybridization probes (public and
collaborator DB) - one of every probe organized so that they are
grouped into types and within the type the stages/tumors are in order.
The types include: C57B6, CEBP, Beta, Stat5a (-,-). Hierarchical
clustering is normalized by C57B6 Pregnancy 13 (1 hr). The X and Y
classes are C57B6 (virgin, pregnancy 13) vs CEBP-null (virgin,
pregnancy).
- LARGE public set of 31 probes - This loads 31
public hybridization probes.
- LARGE public set of 38 probes - This loads
all 38 public hybridization probes including 7 transgenic tumor probes
and controls.
10. OLD startup databases (will be deprecated):
- Pregnancy
vs. lactation - This loads four "Mammary development"
hybridization probes: two pregnancy and two lactation. You may also
run this demo in presentation mode with larger fonts and graphics.
- Preg C57B6 vs
Stat5a - This loads 7 "Mammary development" hybridization probes:
three each for C57B6 day 13, and four Stat5a (-,-) day 13.
- Lactation
vs. stat5a day 1 vs day 3 - This loads five "Mammary development"
hybridization probes: three C57B6 lactation day 1, one C57B6 lactation
day 3, and one Stat5a (-,-) day 1.
- Virgin K.O.-control
vs. K.O. - This loads four "Mammary development" hybridization
probes: one BetaB Hemo knock-out control and one BetaB-Null knockout,
one pregnancy and one lactation.
- Pregnancy vs
Virgin - This loads five "Mammary development" hybridization
probes: three each for C57B6 pregnancy day 13, two virgin
BetaB (K.O.-control and K.O.).
- Lactation Day 1 vs
Virgin BetaB - This loads five "Mammary development"
hybridization probes: three C57B6 lactation day 1, two virgin
BetaB (K.O.-control and K.O.).

Involution vs Virgin - This loads six hybridization probes:
one C57B6 involution day 4, two C57B6 virgin 10 weeks, two BetaB virgin,
one CEBP-Null virgin 18 hrs.
- CEBP-null
Pregnancy vs Virgin - This loads four "transplanted mammary
gland" CEBP hybridization probes: two pregnancy, one
virgin, one null.
- C57B6 vs
Stat5a (-,-) - This loads nine "Mammary development" hybridization
probes: three c57B6 lactation, three C57B6 pregnancy, and one
C57B6 involution, two Stat5a(-,-) (one each pregnancy and
lactation).
- C57B6 vs
Stat5a-KO (-,-) - This loads four "Mammary development"
hybridization probes: two C57B6 probes (L1 and P13) and two Stat5a-KO
(-,-) probes (L1 and P13).
- C57B6 virgin
vs pregnancy+lactation+involution - This loads four "Mammary
development" hybridization probes: two C57B6 virgin, one pregnancy day
13, one lactation day 1 and one day 3, and one Involution day 4.
